There is no centralized Data product team.

This effort is a set of principles and a way of thinking. We encourage ICs (Data Engineers, Analysts, Data Scientists, Engineers) to approach their data outputs in the same way as their product outputs.

Each team is responsible for their products and that includes product quality issues up the data supply chain. In practice this would likely mean working with the upstream teams to ensure data quality.
